Music Mirror introduces new EDM release Werk it Out by Myla and Dafusia

Canadian singer-songwriter, DJ and producer, Myla just released a new collaborative EP with Toronto electronic producer, Dafusia, who originates from Chennai in India. The EP entitled Werk It Out by Myla and Dafusia is now available on all digital music retail. There is a video on YouTube for the title track Werk It Out. The EP combines elements including pop and electronic fusion, nu-wave soul, trip-hop, indie pop, world, RnB and jazz. Their lyrics reflect stimulation from their life journeys and offbeat inner conceptions. In the Canadian city Toronto in 2009, Myla first broke onto the electronic music scene under her real name Mandy Ebel, produced by Srihari Sridhar – previously working as Hawri and now known as Dafusia – with their vocal dubstep single Take Your Mind. Music Mirror reflects on Francis Groove’s “Alright (Take My Hand)”

DJ-producer Francis Groove was born and raised in Brussels, Belgium. Francis Groove started out mixing vinyl on turntables, fusing rare groove and RnB with hip-hop and breakbeats. After inspiration from a trip to the U.S. aged 19, which introduced him to house on the New York club scene, he moved towards electro dance music and became a regular at the celebrated club The Sound Factory. Francis Groove regularly tours Europe while producing and writing his music. His latest musical project is called Real Life, which delivers a blend of pop sounds or, as he says, “a breeze of the real groove”. The new single Alright (Take my Hand) is written by Francis Groove and U.K songwriter Sandra Bryan. They enlisted vocals from Tony G in Spain and they mixed the track back in Belgium. Of this moving around to record, Francis says, “this triangle way of working has given the song a special touch”. When not on tour, Francis Groove moves between his homeland of Belgium and Hungary. Music Mirror UK celebrates upcoming single and album by Kes C

Kes was born in South Africa during Apartheid and then her parents decided to flee the country and raise the family in rural England, having experienced many life-threatening situations. Subsequently, after the London bombings in 2005, Kes moved to Norwich and played the local scene in her family band Fuzzballs, solo gigs as Kes C, in cover bands and as a wedding singer. Kes C now lives in Shropshire. Growing up surrounded by a musical family, Kes listened to blues and soul and wrote her first song on guitar aged 12. She sung in school choirs and landed lead parts in musicals, then moved to London aged 18 to pursue her musical career. To develop her diversity and interpretation of songs, Kes experimented with musical styles such as soul, funk, heavy rock, dance and trip hop. Singing first in a rock and 90s college band called Genius in her early 20s and went on to tour with Misnomer, a trip-hop band with some radio success, who headlined Astoria and other London venues. Michael Benjamin is a British Nigerian singer-songwriter, musician and producer, known for his music as Mikejab, who has released a new dance single ‘I As A Man’. To date Mikejab has worked across a wide variety of musical genres with many different artists. Michael started out as the lead singer in youth group, The Black Berets and then returned to concentrate on his school education. As a sound engineer, Mikejab has mixed and mastered many popular dance tracks in both Europe and Nigeria. Mikejab is known in the dance music community as the creator of a new music genre called AfroDance incorporating dance music and African percussive and rhythmic sounds. Mikejab has established a strong Internet presence via video, sound and radio online media, social media and his own website and these have won him followers across the world as an indie artist. Music Mirror announces new release from Michael Push

Michael Push is a London based pop dance house DJ, producer and music artist who grew up in a small town in Sardinia, Italy. As a child, Michael took up singing and playing keyboards, which lead to him being accepted into Italy’s biggest music school. The release of “Freeze” featuring Moonfish on Restylers Records in 2012 saw Michael enter the mainstream. DJ Mag Italia featured Michael on their DJ’s Got Talent Page. Michael writes and produces his own music and is influenced by current pop and club music. His energetic tracks combine romantic lyrics and choruses with powerful beats in the pop-house, tech-house and minimal techno dance genres. “Freeze” reached number 3 in MTV’s Top 10 Dance Chart, between J.Lo and Madonna. The single was later licensed to the Disco Wax label in Norway, Denmark, Finland and Sweden. Then his single “Above The Clouds” featuring X-Factor contestant Allie Phalc, was released by Restylers Records and licensed to the Spanish independent label, Roster Music. Anadean Sky’s new single Bad Dream

A classical pianist accomplished in percussion, drums and contemporary vocals from Sofia in Bulgaria called Nadya Nedyalkova went on to become the singer-songwriter and producer known today as Anadean Sky. Still known as Nadya, Anadean Sky won talent competitions in Bulgaria with her band No Way before she moved to London to become the March 2012 winner of Snowdance’s Melange Factor. Anadean Sky then went on to compete in the Melange Factor final in November 2012, hosted by Channel 5 presenter Bryan Lucas. Previously as a part of a three-piece girl band called Vantage, Anadean Sky had attracted the attention of Kevin Best of Best of London Music, who selected her to be showcased to music industry professionals. After playing guitar in bands as a student, Sevenski’s music was unleashed by working with producers in digital studios and now he launches a single with 5 club mixes from his own studio. Sevenski is a dance music producer of Russian descent, who was raised in Hampshire, with his own studio in Essex which gives him quick access to London’s mastering studios and clubs. Reole, a Scottish music producer who lived for a short time in New Zealand, takes his name from Creole, a music style based on folk, which originated in his childhood New Orleans in the 18th Century.
