MILITANT FYAH – BABYLON FALL

For his debut, Bahamian-born, Jamaican-raised reggae artist Militant Fyah releases Babylon Fall, an unapologetic reggae track that touches on themes of fearlessness, resilience, and power in the Black community. Babylon Fall is an ode to Black militancy and the strength of character of Black people everywhere, no matter where one might find themselves in the African Diaspora. The lionhearted Militant Fyah speaks directly to the heart and soul of what it means to be blessed by a higher power, resurrecting the age-old proverb: “whom God blesses, no man can curse”. Babylon Fall is a bold testament to the strength and beauty of Black people facing societal adversity, and is a call for excellence, humility, and self-awareness amongst everyone who falls under the Black spectrum. Militant Fyah’s penchant for Black culture and focus on African roots unarguably falls in line with grassroots reggae predecessors Damien Marley, Buju Banton, and Jah Cure.
