‘Juliana Hale’ Calls Out Toxic Relationships with “Dangerous”
Juliana Hale is back with her latest single “Dangerous” and the dark pop song will have you hooked. Produced by Jared Lee Gosselin and written by Hale and Skidd Mills, Dangerous paints the picture of a toxic relationship. Juliana’s heavy emotive tone is laid upon the dark production to create a sound all her own and bring the listener in. Of the sound, Hale says, “I wanted it to sound dangerous to really add fuel to the storyline, so we used darer chords paired with guitar stabs in the chorus.” Hale is using Dangerous to call out toxic relationships and hopes that others will be able to do the same after listening. As the chorus comes around Hale sings, “it doesn’t seem so strange to us…” depicting how it can be difficult to see the situation when you are in it.
