‘Anaimane’ drops a sleek, dreamy, atmospheric trippy track with ‘Uninvited’

Imane Elouartassi, professionally known as Anaimane, is a Moroccan-Canadian singer-songwriter and producer hailing from Montréal, Canada. Born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, she studied five years of music theory and classical piano before immigrating to Canada with her musical family when she was 13. After singing onstage at the annual Miss Afrique Montréal pageant, her ambition to become a professional musician began to shape when she was approached backstage by CBC music journalist, Duke Eatmon. ‘Anaimane’ drops a sleek, dreamy, atmospheric trippy track with ‘Uninvited’ – Muzicmirror UK In 2019, she began songwriting and working in tandem with notable Québec musicians, before expanding to collaborate with U.S. producers. Very British Folk Pop Musician gives Prince some Competition with his band’s musical arrangements

Until 2008, Boz Hayward was a punk musician who once rehearsed in rooms next door to the Happy Mondays and Oasis in the basement of Manchester’s famous Boardwalk nightclub, back in its heyday. When his bassist and close friend died, Boz turned to folk and acoustic pop to focus on his songwriting. The Bozchestra is the affectionate name for Boz’s band who accompany him on an array of instruments combining guitar, mariachi bass, violins, trumpets, keyboards, glockenspiel, the Russian domra, mandolin, dulcimer and slide guitar with percussion and drums. Frequent line-up The most frequent Bozchestra line-up are Phil Robinson on ‘guitarron’ bass, Mark Greer on slide guitar, Rick Burrows on brass, Dan Bridgwood-Hill on strings and keys and Rob Haynes on percussion and drums. Born in Hereford, Boz’s family moved around with his father’s RAF work. Boz went to Manchester Poly and based his musical operations from Manchester’s thriving Boardwalk basement rehearsal studios. Kyan Blackwood releases debut album “Freedom Because” featuring Ronald Bruner Jr, a drummer with extensive credits from Motown to punk rock, including recently with Prince in the Dakota Jazz Club. The breakthrough debut album from Kyan Blackwood is entitled “Freedom Because” and features his recent first single “Moving On”. Kyan lives by the moto: “Lets not fight and create a new world instead”. Influences include His music can be described as pop/rock with electro/rock and influences include Depeche Mode, The Jam, T-Rex, Marilyn Manson, Lady Ga Ga and Mozart. Kyan Blackwood originally hails from France but now lives between Los Angeles, Brighton and London. He performs regularly across Europe. As well as singing and songwriting he still works as a make-up artist. Vincent Fournier is his make-up manager as well as lyricist and producer.
